The Encore Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of road crews and their families. The Foundation's primary goals are to foster cooperation in times of well-being through the promotion of community and establish aid and support in times of need.
The concert music business is a multi-billion dollar a year industry, yet often the very people who have sacrificed so much end up with so little.
